Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California at the 9th of July 1983. Her first job post-school was as an agent for real estate. It was through this that she met her future husband Tarek El Moussa. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock exchange, many investors in real estate and those who were house flippers lost their money. Tarek El-Mossa, Christina Moussa almost went under due to the crash. Following their move from a home which cost them $6,000 per year to an apartment costing $700, they were close to losing all their possessions. Their business as well as the economy in general slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek asked a close friend to make an HGTV audition video in 2011, which featured him along with Christina flipping a whole house. Pie Town Productions executive received the tape. They were enthralled by Christina's story of love between Tarek and Christina. They signed an official HGTV agreement in the year 2012. The show "Flip of Flop" began its run on the 13th April 2013. Between 2013 between 2013 and 2017, the series ran 92 episodes in seven seasons. The series featured Christina and Tarek purchasing properties in Orange County. They would spend weeks upgrading the houses to be able to sell their properties at a the profit. Tarek concentrates on construction and renovations and Christina is in charge of designing. She makes sure everything runs on time.
